INS PRO is an affordable, dependable, flexible, and interactive software package that meets the complete needs of Property/Casualty Insurance Companies. The INS PRO system flexibility is also a perfect answer for companies that only need a billing or claims management system. Policy Writing, Premium Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Loss Accounting and Management Information Systems may be licensed separately or as a custom built package.
Our objective at TCCS is to provide the best software and service at an affordable price. The INSurance PROcessing System has provided an interactive system to meet the needs of insurance companies for over 20 years.
Our staff of 12 consists of 7 programmer/analysts, with experience in technology and insurance programming, constantly search out new and innovative ways to assist our clients with their individual needs. Additional staff members includes: a Marketing Specialist with 21 years insurance and programming analyst experience, a Support Specialist with 33 years of insurance experience, our founder who has over 40 years experience in the combined fields of Information Systems and insurance, an Office Manager with Quickbooks experience and 1 office assistant.
Currently we have a client base of property and casualty insurance firms situated in New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Texas, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Rhode Island, West Virginia, and the US Virgin Islands.
We feel confident that we can help your company grow with the industry and provide the answers you need and require in the busy information society of today.

TCCS was established in 1985. Since then we have grown to our present staff of 12 and have installed INS PRO in New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Texas, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Rhode Island, West Virginia, and the US Virgin Islands.
TCCS takes special pride in the close association that we have with our customers. We believe the companies we serve, are not only respected customers but also, are a part of the TCCS Family.
TCCS is a member of PAMIC, AAIS, and has working partner relationships with organizations such as: NAMIC, URB, MSO, ISO, DocFinity, InsVista, Elios and several accounting firms that specialize in insurance. |
